Q: Hi I have heard the mat can stain from use, is it easy to clean?

HiI have a grey one and it hasn't stained to date. Our yoga teacher has a red one and you can see that she has done loads of down dogs, as there are 'I suppose' some stains in those areas. Having done yoga for years, it's the best yoga mat I have ever used and there are about 6 of us now in our class that have migrated to Lifeforme. I few members have got them for £75 from Sweaty Betty website if that is a helpSue

Q: Is this yoga mat cold to the touch? I want to use if for yoga and lying meditation.

This liforme yoga mat is without doubt the best on the market. It's dense and very comfortable without being spongy. It has the alignment lines which help so much with poses. Also this mat is completely non slip. Which means you dont slip in poses. I absolutely love the patterned mats which are also available direct from the liforme website
