Would this marker be good for Topps Chrome Baseball cards? These cards have a plastic coating on them!

These pens are good on most surfaces, I've used them on resin coasters which I made and it covers the edges very well. Haven't used them on plastic card though.

Does this work on Plastic plates?

I use it on resin coasters, so it should work on plastic

Press the nib down onto a piece of rough paper. In about 20 to 30 seconds the nib will fill up with the paint
