I've had this product for about 2 months now, and it's going strong! Even after hitting it on hard surfaces and scratching it up against cotton products like blankets, the QR code is still intact and easy to scan. I would obviously not recommend washing it with a cotton washcloth or even lens wipes (wet or dry). I've been using just soap and water and patting it dry and that works just fine. The band is able to fit most wrists, and I have plenty of room to adjust either way. Plus the color is cute and bright enough for paramedics to spot quickly, and hasn't faded at all. The scanning feature is quick and easy and I like the amount of options you have to edit on the online profile - you can even put your pet's emergency care on there when you can't speak for yourself. This band saves lives, it's a good price and worth every penny!

Fantastic product!! I bought this for my husband after having heart surgery and I am very pleased to find a product that you can list so much information on to give paramedics precise information regarding your medical history. What’s great about it is that medications sometimes are changed and this bracelet lets you easily go in and edit the info or add new ones. All anyone has to do is point their phone camera at the QR code and up comes all information, including an option to insert a photo. My only disappointment is that you can’t speak directly to an agent for any help, you have to email them. I will say even though it’s an inconvenience they get back to you and are very helpful. Thank you for making a product where so much information can be stored those metal ones you are limited to and once engraved you can’t edit the information so it’s useless.

Update: The QR code is no longer scannable because the metal is so scratched up after normal daily wear (less than 3 months after purchase). I bought another product from the same company in hopes of adding it to my account (which they say is possible) but it doesn't work. I also reached out to the company twice and have received no response. Super frustratingMy child has an extensive medical history. We bought this bracelet so her teachers and camp supervisors (and paramedics!) can scan the QR code to see a list of her past surgeries and medications. We have had other medical bracelets before but they don't fit the important details. The QR code is a great solution. The bracelet is comfortable and my child wears it all day, every day. This is exactly what we were looking for!

I'm very impressed. I was able to easily access the website on my phone and enter all my medical data. It works just as advertised and the only cost was the purchase price. I have ordered one for my mother and I've been showing it to all my friends. Most impressive is scanning the code with my phone and instantly showing them my medical info, a picture of me, and my wife's phone number at the top of the page so that a rescuer can immediately call my wife to make her aware of any medical incident. Wonderful! Highly recommend!

I love the idea of this product. I love that it has a QR code because my son has multiple medical issues that first responders would need to know incase of an emergency. The only thing that I have an issue with is that it is not always easy to scan the QR code. It was easy to adjust to fit a 7 year old boy's wrist. Seems like it's a good quality, we just got it not too long ago but it's holding up well especially to a 7 year old boy.

This is a great medical alert bracelet! You down load the app. And follow the instructions. You are able to store so much information on these!! Your doctors, medications, health concerns, allergies, emergency contacts, and more! The QR code is easy to scan and pull the stored information right up! If meds or information changes, you can update on line instead of buying a new bracelet. Also, since your information isn't printed on the bracelet it keeps it private.

Any other color would be great, just not shiny. It is very hard for the phone or scanner to pick up. Too much reflection.The quality of the band is great. I love the quality. The only reason I gave it a low score is too much refection causing it very difficult to read.

The wrist band fits larger wrists with comfort. The QR code on a silver background is a bad idea it does not scan well because of reflection. The database has a lot of fields, so it is very thorough.
