Very satisfied customer, quality stylish earbuds for a killer price.
I've got to say that I'm very satisfied with these headphones - which, by the way, have given me no real problem whatsoever for the past six months, except for the fact that sometimes the button (used to pause/play or skip track) doesn't respond.I think the Symphonized NRG 2.0 headphones were good mainly for three reasons:1. The material is really nice, both in quality and aesthetic: the wooden pieces, silicon ear tips and colourful cord are quite singular amidst other products, thus making up for an interesting and stylish set of headphones. The materials also appear to be durable, which is great. Moreover, there are so many different options available (gold is a very good choice btw) that it's hard to find the best one for you.2. Acoustically, these headphones are more than reasonable to the price: you can actually listen everything with great detail. The bass tones are far from spectacular, but they're decent (you can't compare the quality of earbuds with that of actual headphones), and the rest is very good.3. As for the calls, I've had no problems hearing or making myself heard (the voice souds very crisp, actually), except for when the cords rub some kind of surface - then the voice souds distorted on the other end of the call.Overall, this was a great buy, and I positively recommend it!

Fine but plastic lining broke
I am not super knowledgeable about sound quality. I like the look of these and they work just fine. I thought I was getting a replacement for the woven corded red ones that I previously owned, but this is actually red plastic over a silver woven material. Unfortunately the pair I have has a very brittle plastic lining. The first time I wound up the cord into a compact ball the plastic cracked in two places revealing large chunks of the silver cord underneath.Edit: customer service got in touch with me and replaced them for me! The new set seem to be holding up just fine and not cracking. Hopefully I just got a dud. 5/5 for customer service!

Pretty Decent
I like these a lot. They're robust and well designed. I do find they like bassy music better such as, rock, RHCP, funk. Very impressed for the price. I'll be comparing them to Bose SoundTrue Ultra In-Ear Headphones, once they arrive and see how well they stack up against the big boys.

The sound is great but they broke after just one week

Broke after a day
I hope I was just unlucky and I got a dud set, but these earphones broke after one day's normal use. The cable came loose at the jack and the sound cuts in and out constantly. Returning them for a refund. It's sad, because they look beautiful and, while they worked, they sounded great.I was also disappointed to discover the remote is a mic and pause/play button only. No volume control. To be fair, it doesn't say that it does have a volume control, but it doesn't say it doesn't either and it's common enough on other models that I took it for granted. However, since that was my fault in not reading the description sufficiently carefully I have marked the product down for that.

Good earphones (EDIT: review updated, solution found — good customer service)
These are OK: they seem to be well-made and the sound is fine. But don't buy them (as I did) thinking they're as a cheaper but still good quality alternative to Apple's iPhone/iPad EarPod, for two reasons.1. The Symphonized earphones are worse at actually staying in MY ears the the EarPods. Yes I have tried the different size of earpiece that come in the package -- doesn't matter: the EarPods stay in, the Symphonized come out much more easily. YEMV (Your Ears May Vary...)2. They have no remote volume control like the EarPods. This is not their fault -- it's mine for not checking, of course. But if you use the earphones almost exclusively when you're out walking the dog, as I do, then not having the remote volume control is an irritation. If neither of these things matter to you (or at least if your ears are a different shape from mine) then the Symphonized earphones are great. Otherwise, for me, it would have been worth paying a few pounds extra for the Apple EarPods.EDIT. 13/11/2017:After I posted this review, I had a (very polite) email from Symphonized customer services, who offered to send me replacements, as they said that sometimes these suited some people's ears better.I've found the replacements to be a real improvement -- they are much less likely to come out of my ears when I'm walking. (In the end the ones that worked for me were the small, all-black, version.) As this was my main problem[*] with the originals, and as in every other way the quality is great, I've increased the review to 5 stars, which is also in recognition of what I think was very good customer service by Symphonized.[*] The issue with the volume control was my fault for not having checked, not theirs... Still, they offered to let me have the volume control version at a discount, which they didn't have to do.
