What size is a 28 regular?

I ordered a 28 regular. I would say it's about a size 6.

Are these real Levi’s? this is the first time i’ve ever bought levi’s jeans with only the ®️ on the red tag instead of the levi name. they fit

Yes, they are real. I've purchased directly from Levi's and have had only the "R" on the red tag, "Levis" only on one side of the red tag, "Levis" spelled upside down on the red tag, you name it. So even directly from Levi's the red tag is not consistent.
