Q: Does this fix the oil pastel hard? Can you touch it and it doesn't smudge or move?

It acts like a varnish sealing the powdery parts so doesn’t smudge. I didn’t lay on the oil pastel thickly so not sure about smudging. Although I didn’t try to smudge it so maybe get some and test it first.

Q: Can you deliver to the Channel Islands?

Did you spray several times? It advises to spray thinly several coats. We have and it was fine.

Q: What area will one can cover? And how many coats are required?

Not sure exactly how much a can will cover but quite a few of you do 2 coats minimum.
