Good chalk line
Good so far, I only use a chalk line every so often, so for someone who uses it every day might want to get a more expensive one that can handle that. But the average joe shouldn’t have a problem with it. I wish the powder bottle they give you had a cap for it.Also watched a vid on how to properly set one up and was didn’t know I wasn’t doing some steps to first set one up.

Great line
Strong solid line, great for snapping grade on dark,oily panels, also gives strong layout lines that can be easily seen. I love the quick wind up, size is comparable to most others. I bought this to replace my tajima that was "lost" on a site a few months back and I won't be going back

Sturdy chalk line
I have been using this chalk line for work. The line is a tad thick but snaps very nicely. One thing I have noticed, it’s a little tough to reel in. Maybe I added too much chalk. I would buy again

Weak winder
The unit overall construction looks great.. The winder is extremely weak.My old Erwin works flawlessly and yet a new unit can't even wind the cord back without sounding like it's going to strip the gears.

good chalk line
I go through chalk lines relatively quick (flooring contractor) and this seems to be the best deal for me. holds chalk well, doesn't stretch out and get sloppy... I'll buy it again

Great, but could be better with a belt clip
I really enjoy using this chalk reel. It a eems to be extremely high-quality better than others I’ve used in the past. I commonly layout chalk lines very quickly and step on the line. In the past this has broken the line fairly quickly with other chalk reels. This one has held up just fine. The chalk shipped with it holds up and high-winds and even some light rain. Also it is very visible. My big issue is it’s a small tool and has no belt clip, it can easily be lost because of the lack of a clip. I do really like the locking and unlocking feature that I’m pointing to in the picture that accompanies this review. love the clutch guard feature
I went through 3 dewalt chalk lines in a matter of 2 weeks then I bought this and after 3 weeks it still works like new so I'm very pleased
