Sturdy and Wide Steps
I had a major back surgery which prohibited me from using our regular pontoon ladder. We bought this one so that I had more steps that were wider. It says dock, but it can definitely be used on a pontoon. I'd buy another tomorrow if we needed it. Very sturdy and the steps go low enough that I am not having to pull so hard to come out of the water. At this price, it was absolutely worth every penny!

So far so good!
Have a 48” above ground pool. Wanted a ladder that could easily be taken out when not in use or at winter time. This works perfect and is exactly what we were looking for! Felt the price was good compared to other ladders we looked at.

Good and solid ladder
This ladder was easy to assemble, which was a great start. I was initially a bit concerned about it being removable. It made me worry that it might detach and fall into the water. Thankfully, that hasn’t happened so far. I do wish the ladder were a bit wider. It works fine for me since I’m on the smaller side, but some of my bigger friends find it a little tight. Overall, though, I have no complaints so far.

Sturdy
Good and sturdy. We have a 15x30 oval pool it doesn't touch the bottom but we got the 4 foot so its large we hung it off our deck but dint wanna risk it tearing the liner. Its perfect. Screws down so no wobble.

Easy to use & convenient!
Be sure to use extra long lag bolts, but otherwise it’s great! We use it for the deck of our above ground pool. It’s helpful to remove it after use so it doesn’t erode in the saltwater. And if we forget to remove it, it’s high enough to not interfere with the pool vacuum.

Bad customer service, missing parts.
It was missing one bolt so couldn’t put together. Contacted company and they requested a video/photos. Wouldn’t send me a single bolt so my grandkids could use this. I have to ship the whole ladder back for a refund. Terrible customer service. Seems like it will be wobbly anyway and the screws and bolts will be sharp and hurt when using.
