First doesn't come with instructions perse, got them online. I've tried on capsule and let it disolve, nothing. I've tried two capsules at the same time and the only thing I've got was a volcano explotion when I turn on the kettle. Didn't remove even the thinnest layer at the metal "filter" that let pass the water at the top.Doesn't clean, just leave white particles. Horrible quality, not efficient and a waiste of time and money.Just get a regular cleaner from even Wilko for £1 and is actually gonna do the job.

I have been buying descalers from all the well known brands and I decided to try this one based solely on price. Having used just one I am amazed at how efficient this product is and so far I have only had to use one descaling tablet. My other brand would only allow about 2 weeks of kettle boiling before it needed another dose. Three weeks on and the scale level is almost still at zero. At this rate I will not need not buy any more for another year. Excellent product although there is no information on the packaging. Just use your normal descaling habits.

I am a little bit confused as there is no instructions with this product. So unless you have used them before a novice like me has no clue how to use them.

I wasn't happy with this product. Didn't change anything in my kettle. Waste of money. Don't buy!! It also came with absolutely no instructions. I also looked back on the initial place I got them but that still only told you about dissolving in water not putting in to a kettle. Wish I'd just sent a bit more on a better product.

I was excited to try out this descaling tablet brand that promised to efficiently remove limescale buildup from my kettle. However, my experience with these descaling tablets was anything but satisfactory. Regrettably, the outcome remained unchanged, leaving me questioning the effectiveness of the product.

Powerful limescale remover tablets. I confess I added more tablets than recommended but happily I had followed instructions and placed the kettle in the sink so no harm done when it all fizzed over. Heavy limescale fell away with remainder removed with a bit of encouragement from a flat headed screwdriver.

Great idea for descaling, so easy to use.

Didn’t take timescale off and were tiny! Look a lot bigger online??
