This axe is small and beautiful. I love that it's short handled as that's easier for me to handle it. The blade is very sharp, and the handle is a beautiful wood. It fits nicely in my small hands. I bring this with me on backpacking trips. The only complaint is that the cover does not stay on very well and often slides off even with the buttons secured. I paid $25 and think that's a great value with its beauty and portability.

Fits perfect in my hand, well balanced but if the sheath had an additional button it could be carried up or down. Needs some work on a better sheath for such a quality ax.
