I have bought this as I am about to have a knee replacement, I already have the gelpack flat pack and it is wonderful, I used it for two years on my back, I kept one on the radiator ready to use, brilliant. I also tried it cold on my knee for swelling. Thought I would also try the one that fits the knee. I have recommended them to friends. Easy to use and good quality.

Bought this to use for arthritis in hand, very easy to use & gives some relief to swollen hand. Probably not the best for use on hands but very good to use on a flatter area. Would recommend for use where heat / cold needed.Good value & comes with 2 sleeves, 1 for heat & 1 for cold.

Very pleased with this product. I haven't used it as yet. It is ideal for our holiday, not too big and nice and compact, wont take much room in my suitcase, when I go away later on in the year. I always get swollen feet in the heat. When using this I am sure it will be ideal, nice and secure on my foot.

I bought one of these for my lady as she has a bad knee so i got the one for the knee. I have just been to physio with a neck problem and was advised to put a hot water bottle or similar on my neck.Later that evening I tried my partners Knee wrap and it worked well but a bit on the small side to wrap so I looked to see if there was a larger one for the neck, and yes there was so I ordered one.I needn't have bothered because it is exactly the same size as the knee wrap. It's a bit misleading in the picture as it doesn't wrap right around the neck so you can only do one side of your neck at a time.Apart from that the item does work well

Bought for my mother who has a bad knee. Does a really good job reducing the pain and swelling. Also having instructions on the gel pack itself made things very easy, great product.

Excellent bought two and they work perfectly to ice my knee following total knee replacement. Good to have the cover and strap. I tried another make before these and the packs split. These are still going strong after many uses.

Easy to use, i bought it after my knee replacement. Found it stayed on well, securing with a velcro strap.

So I wanted this for my ankle. I followed the instructions as printed on it to heat it up and then strapped it around my ankle, this was manageable, but would be improved if the strap was wider.So I sat there with it on my ankle and then felt a burning sensation, the pack had split and the gel leaked out onto my foot. The contents were hot and sticky, if I had been a diabetic or had any nerve damage I may not have felt it, who knows what damage it may have caused. This item is dangerous
