LG AN-WF100 - WiFi Dongle - USB Wireless Dongle for Smart TV

this is the second dongle I have purchased, and after only 12 weeks it stopped working, this is not fit for purpose, I have sent 2 messages to the supplier through amazon and have heard nothing, I am appalled at the service, seems when you have a problem they cant be bothered.!!!!!!!

Purchased this item stopped working less than 4 months sent 6 emails asking about warranty and if can send back for repair or exchange not 1 email acknowledged contacted Amazon customer services 2 emails later 40 mins on phone still no progress, item not fit for purpose customer service non existent, would advise purchasing elsewhere

Was concerned about it being compatible with it coming from overseas, didn't want an expensive return but it is working perfectly.

Took a long time to arrive works fine so far
