I already had a Le Creuset tea pot and wanted another one for a different location. The most irritating thing about teapots is that they drip. This doesn't. Nope. Never.Good weight. Large handle so you don't burn yourself by fingers touching hot teapot. Easy to clean. Perfect.Issue with courier so will put that seperateley- don't seem able to do so added hereTeapot delayed by courier- Evri.No communication from Evri as to problemNot able to contact Evri re problemContacted Amazon who sorted problemEventually Evri sent a message saying it was "undeliverable/damaged"Evri should not be allowed to get away with this.I was never given proof by Evri that teapot was damaged so I don't know if it really was damaged or notCompletely unacceptable

I received the product with no outer packaging, the lid of the box open and the teapot lid missing. Very disappointed. I refused delivery - but the status is “delivered” so I can’t even return it to get a replacement. Very disappointing service

I love the short, slightly squat shape of this Le Creuset stoneware teapot in matte black. I think it is quite elegant and beautifully-designed because it pours beautifully. I don't know if it would even be possible to have tea dripping anywhere from the spout. The handle doesn't get too hot to touch when pouring.I was a bit concerned about the cost of this item, but I think, having received it and tested it, and found it did the job beautifully, it's probably worth the money. I would recommend it.

Makes a lovely cup of tea and stays hot

Absolutely first class / first rate product. This was a like-for-like replacement having dropped my old one. I had no hesitation in buying the same again.

The item appears to be good quality, however, the spout does not pour very well af all.

I was hoping for the Le Creuset legendary quality form and function with this tea pot, but alas I'll be moving on...The main issue is the handle design. When it's full (1.2l or 2 Pts) you just can't easily pick the pot up. I'm a 6'4" bloke for context, but you need to hold the spout at the same time, otherwise the weight forces the handle to slip down through your hand risking tea pouring out the spout.Other thing is it has no diffuser so tea will stew & then there's disposal (down the sink?)As for construction, it's average - a normal looking ceramic tea pot

Nous avions hâte d'essayer la théière, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en l'ouvrant. Le filtre n'est pas livré avec. Bon courage pour en trouver un qui correspond à ses dimensions.L'écrasante majorité des théières sont vendues avec leur filtre quand-même !

Att jag beställde om den 2 gånger och de kom fel vara båda gångerna, utan metallsil.Skickade tillbaka och får förhoppningsvis igen pengarna.Jag har skickat tillbaka denna och har kvitto på inlämning ändå har de inte tagit emot den.Dåligt.

Kanne hat eine sehr schöne Form. Aber leider schüttet sie schlecht und liegt nicht gut in der Hand

Leider war bei der Teekanne der Knauf des Deckels schief und es gab relativ viel "Spiel" zwischen Deckel und Kanne. Ich hatte bereits vorher die gleiche Kanne, daher konnte ich das Produkt vergleichen. Insgesamt habe ich mich gefragt, ob es sich um B-Ware handelt. Die Kanne wurde zurückgesendet.
