Free service must be free wether it is installing fan by removing the old one in old house.
Don't order this fan . Order when you have a new fan in new home only. They Will not install the fan in old home on free service. Because they have to remove the fan and then need to install so they require paid service. If you have to give money for service then go for other brand .why to use this type of free service which is useless.
