This particular Lions Mane knocked my socks off. I have tried others, but this Pattern Wellness gave me so much energy and quick on-the-spot thinking. This will definately be my main choice in Lions Mane.

45 days ago I began taking lion's mane for the first time. This bottle comes with 90 capsules enough for 30 days. I began my first two days with three capsules and then switched to taking two a day. I noticed that taking three would affect the way my stomach felt throughout the day, after I switched to taking two I felt much better. No uneasiness.As for the effects of lion's mane, I have noticed that within the past 45 days I've had little to no brain fog, an increased focused mind, and some noticeable differences to my memory.After doing some research, I do believe that you do have to stimulate your mind and work it as if it's a muscle. Simply taking the supplement will not fix any focus or memory issues, you do have to actively work with the lion's mane and try to promote healthier habits for your mind.I will definitely be continuing this supplements In periods of 45 days on 45 days off and then repeat. I believe taking any supplements in moderation is for the best.

so far so good.... started with 3 - might have upset stomach so we dropped to 2 capsules - no issues.

Haven’t noticed any difference yet but it’s only been a week.I have learned not to take them on a empty stomach though.

Have been using these for 6 months. I've seen an amazing improvement with being scatterbrained and mental fog. Helps my adhd brain focus.

Helpful in modulating mood. I can use at 1/3 the recommended dose
