Very Good!
I have been making wine since 1972 using kits, fresh juice and grapes. This kit is for beginners. It initially came out way below my expectations. After it aged for 3 to 4 months and adding smoother (glycerin and liquid oak),it is very good. I may consider making it again. Great value! Chardonnay ages up to 5 years, unlike other whites which should be consumed in 2 years.
