This is good for what it is. I didn't realize there isn't really a bottom to it; It has two rods instead of a solid bottom so it can be used as a wall dispenser. It still works fine sitting on a counter, however. Just make sure you buy C-Fold towels if you are using it to sit on a counter. The first towels I got were multi-fold, which are interlocked for feeding through a pull-down dispenser. Every time you grab one, you get 2 or 3 plus a few laying on the counter. The C-Folds are made for stacking, which works well for this dispenser; when you grab one, you only get one.

Cloth towels while pretty for the powder room have always grossed me out with so many different users. Decorating our new home Reclaimed Visionary which combines Industrial and Rustic with a touch of Classic Formal. This is perfect in looks and practicality. The bottom slot is a little rough. We may sand it down a bit or add a thin strip of metal, but it is working just fine and delivers on what we need.

The dispenser is attractive. It looks the way I expected. However, it is so rough on the inside that it's impossible to pull a towel out from the bottom. I tried a full stack of towels, a small stack of towels, and I turned the stack upside down. Nothing made any difference. I don't think it's the towel. I bought the Kleenex multi-fold, which has a 4-star rating. I'm keeping it because I haven't found anything else to match this bathroom, and it's mounted so people can retrieve the towels from the top. Otherwise I would have returned it.

It is just what i wanted for our office bathroom I just wish it didn't have that stupid, ugly logo that looks like a tomato on the front. I am thinking of taking it home and sanding it off. I do not even understand why it says Bunn as that is not who manufactured it. However it does work great. We mounted on the wall and take the towel out the bottom and have no problems!

The box is fine and of reasonable quality (although I really dislike the prominent logo in front). However, the two lucite (?) dowels that are there to help dispense the towels from the bottom were shipped somewhat wrapped, but not really well and not kept in place at all. So during shipment, mine came out of their wrapper and chipped a lot of the paint off the inside of the box. Not a big deal, but still.

We just had a birthday party and everyone just loved getting the paper towels from this dispenser! The neighbor ladies loved it so much and kept asking Mama O about where we got it and they wanted to switch to these towels and the cool dispenser! we even went to Amazon and showed them the other styles.Its easy to install and looks great!another one will be in order for the bathroom next!

I installed in my guest bathroom and it looks beautiful! As a chemo patient, anyone coming into my home must first go wash their hands. I was concerned about everyone drying their hands on the same cloth hand towel. This solved that concern plus looks fabulous. I bought and used velcro strips to attach to the wall.

Very nice in every aspect except mounting which would be much easier if there had been supplied a paper template showing screw hole (there are three) locations.Trying to locate. the screws without a template is a little tricky.
