The max seat height was the biggest issue, very low compared to almost every other desk chair I've sat in. Also the headrest is not adjustable and very low. I'm 5'11" and my head is a good 3" over the headrest. Lumbar support is also nonexistant. I bought the chair for the looks/style but definitely would buy a different chair after trying this one.

The seat and back are very comfortable. The armrests are in the perfect position The casters are sometimes locking up on me a bit, especially if I'm sitting towards the front edge of the chair as I often do when typing. Also, the tallest height for the adjustable seat height is a lot lower than I realized it would be. The maximum height is 20 inches. I wish the pneumatic cylinder was about 6 inches taller than that. And I'm only 5'6". So, I would imagine a taller person with longer legs would find this even more problematic than I do.
