24 Bottle Wine Cooler - Quiet Counter Top Wine Chiller Beverage Refrigerator, Freestanding Wine Refrigerator with Digital Display (Red)

Very pleased with the wine cooler. It seems to maintain the set temperature. It makes very little noise. My only complaint would be that I could only put in 21 bottles and not 24 as advertised. I put 5 on the top shelf with one bottle on top of the other to the right of the control module, not possible to put a bottle on the left side of the module as it would not fit as it did on the right side of the control module. The next shelf I put 7 bottles,(4 across and 3 stacked on top) and the third shelf I put 4 bottles. I then put 5 bottles on the bottom, for a total of 21 bottles.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my boyfriend's birthday. He adores his mini fridge. It has nice lights inside that can be turned on for ambiance or off to sleep. The temperature settings are easy and everything is perfect for his wine for me 😜 and beer and snacks for date night. It was the perfect addition to his bar area.

The capacity of the storage is no more than 21 bottles max. Even with normal size red wine bottles, I was only able to store 8 bottles on the top shelf, 5 bottles in the bottom basket, and 4 bottles each on the two remaining shelves. There is no way this little wine cooler could store 28 normal sized bottles of wine. It is disappointing. However, it does perform well. It is quiet and fits under my tiny apartment sink perfectly. Also, it matches my red refrigertaor and red ice maker too. I am pleased. It is exactly what I wanted.

I was a little concerned when I ordered this and did not particularly want red - but the product has worked well. It really is quiet and it keeps water and juices cold too without taking up my smaller refrigerator space. Would recommend.I would also like to purchase the independent warranty. This was a different company who offered the warranty - but could not get clarity on whether you had to send it in if repairs were needed - or take it to a specific location (and where that location might be via distance) or if they repaired in home.

My first wine cooler so I read up on compressor vs. thermoelectric coolers. Each has its pros and cons. This is a compressor cooler. (Actually I have had a mini-fridge under my desk at work for years; it was a Kenmore compressor refrigerator.) In the end I just went with my perception (based on experience with refrigerators) that a compressor cooler might last longer and be trouble-free. I could be wrong as I'm no expert. This one is certainly quiet, which is supposed to be one of the drawbacks of a compressor cooler. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and arrived undamaged. It functions flawlessly and as described (have had one week). You'll notice it is a good value compared to others. Be aware that the last 4 of the 28 bottles do not lay on a rack but in a bin at the bottom of the cooler. A few reds come in skinnier and 1 1/4 inch longer 750ml bottles. I have one and it did fit on the rack. The bin on this cooler would actually come in handy if you sometimes buy bigger bottles.

Before purchasing I wanted to make sure this fridge came with a lock as I have two young children. The description states it does but it does NOT.Also it definitely is not that quiet.
