Good product
This is a beautiful pan. I love Ayesha Curry's cookware. It cooks food fast and I like that the pan is nonstick. The price is very reasonable.

Awesome Pan!
I love this pan. It puts all the others to shame. It is surprisingly non stick, even tho it doesn’t look like it, and it cleans up very easily. I had some stains on it from using so much, but I used an SOS pad and cleaned it up beautifully with no scratching. I love the helper handle, but it does get a little hot. It’s a good size pan that can fit a lot. Best pan I’ve ever had and a very good price! Highly recommend this. I bought it over a year ago (forgot to do a review) and it has held up very well - I use it every single day! I will definitely buy more, maybe a smaller one.

Can’t beat this skillet!!
I absolutely love this skillet!! I was looking for a new skillet to replace my old one of the same size because the nonstick coating was pretty much gone. I was just about ready to pull the trigger on a Scanpan but was looking around at other options because they are so expensive. When I found this one, I was pretty skeptical that it could possibly be any good since it was so inexpensive. But...wow...am I ever sold on it now!! I had followed Ayesha Curry on IG for awhile as I am a big Warriors fan, and I knew that she had launched a cookware line several months ago. I never thought about checking it out though since I figured it would be expensive and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure about the quality. Shame on me!! I should have figured that her stuff would be good and reasonably priced because of how she and Stef look out for other people. I am in love with this skillet! It’s so light but works so incredibly well...great heat distribution, nonstick, cleans up so easily...and so affordable!! And it included the lid...all for less than $40!!! I will definitely check out her line before I go back to Scanpan!! Great job, Ayesha!!

Great cooking surface, handle needs work
I really like this pan. I like how it cooks, how easy it is to clean, and the red finish I got is just fancy enough to make my wife happy.CON - What I really don't like, and I mean REALLY don't like, is that the handle gets significantly hotter than any other sautee pan or skillet that I've ever used before. I really think that the goal of making it light weight brought about a problem that there isn't enough material to spread the heat out. I'm no sissy, and I'm not saying that the handle is dangerous or anything, but it is certainly hotter than I like to hold on to as I try to dish the food out of the pan.I would suggest anyone using this with the intention of serving from it while holding it.... use a hot pad, or get one of those silicone pan handle sleeves... but then that is just one more thing to clean.Again, I like how it cooks and how it functions, but it has a problem that I've never had with any other skillet and I think it is an avoidable one. If y'all want to send me a 2.0 version where the handle issue is sorted.. I'd be happy to test it out for you'.

This is the longest lasting pan I've owned
This pan is everything. I cook a lot and typically replace pans every 4-6 months. This pan is non-stick, large, even heating, durable, and pretty. As always, I never put pans in the dishwasher, even if they are dishwasher safe. That said, I highly recommend!

This skillet is amazing!
I used this the same day I received it on very cheesy chicken parmesan. The chicken cooked perfectly and evenly. It went from stovetop to 500 degree oven beautifully. The entire dish slid right out of the pan...no residue. I rinsed it with hot soapy water and it look brand new...no scrubbing....not really even any wiping. Absolutely love it. As noted by others, the handle does get hot on the stovetop, but I used a silicon sleeve and it was great.

Still amazed
Okay, let me give you the D.L. on this bad boy... The description claims it can do browning better than other pans and is easy to clean. "Yeah, okay, regular hype about a frying pan," right? WRONG. With just a bit of operator skill, this thing can create foods that Food Network would envy. Hamburgers? Seared to juicy perfection. Salmon filet? Crusty, golden goodness. Steaks? Glorious, beefy delighted with a crust to die for. Even potstickers (named because they stick to everything!) slid out in carmelized glory that none of my other pans have ever created. Now, in referring to those 'Easy to Clean' claims? Holy. Crap. Literally take the hot pan under hot water and it RINSES out 50% of the sauce/oil/leftover bits. A soft, soapy sponge swiped across the rest (around the handle joints mostly) and it is just as clean as when I opened the box three weeks ago... Remember those aforementioned potstickers?? The things that stick to EVERYTHING?? No stickiness, no scrubbing- just rinse, wipe, and done! Now, I have only had this pan a few weeks, so I can't attest to the longevity of this thing, but if it continues to perform like this for even a year, it will be worth every dime. Of course, I hope it goes longer than that and will update this review accordingly, but thus far I am in love with this pan.
