Save your pet from Drools
I'm writing this review a month after the devastating loss of my beloved Labrador, and I'm giving it 5 stars only to ensure it gets noticed, as no one checks 1-star ratings.I started feeding my Labrador this food on September 22nd, and within weeks, he stopped eating. Shortly after, he developed severe fever, and by the time we reached the hospital, it was too late. The infection had damaged his kidneys entirely. Just six months prior, all his reports were normal.The packet was expired, but Amazon had tampered with the date to make it appear fresh. The food contained toxins that poisoned my dog's stomach, causing irreversible kidney damage. My healthy, six-year-old Labrador was gone.Amazon's customer service was unhelpful and insensitive, prioritising their reputation over my loss. Their responses were shallow and dismissive.Do not buy dog food online if you truly care about your pets. Amazon's negligence has cost me my beloved companion.While I'm giving 5 stars to ensure visibility, my experience with this product and Amazon's customer service has been appalling. I hope this review saves other pets from suffering the same fate.
