Honeywell is usually a good brand but I found this unit to be very noisy and quite heavy. The hose and having to put in out of a window is fiddly (although to be fair this particular point may well be the case with other brands/models). So overall not very practical in my view. I am just using it as an expensive fan now!

This aircon unit did not work properly. The compressor did not kick in when it good so the air was not cold. The company advised they would collect it and issue a refund. After 9 days I still have not had my refund and when I chased them they have said they will not refund me!

excellent product, keeps a large lounge cool during the day & keeps the bedroom comfortable to sleep well at night.

Just tried to install my unit but the flexible pipe is too short. It is the bare minimum and requires the unit to be right under the window with the opening at the bottom of the window. Anything else and you have to buy another pipe. Cost cutting that has annoyed me. Would rather have paid a little more in the first place

It does work OK in my living room which is quite big. The only negative side is the noise which is just bearable. Also I cannot make the WiFi work, instructions are not really helpful but I can leave without that feature.

Wifi feature just won't sync up with app.
