I work at a daycare with 10-18 month olds, and I am also a in college in final year remember after work just being so irritated, so stressed, and I had no motivation to do my assignments. After taking these, I started being able to cope with the stress, not saying I didn’t get irritated, but it was a lot easier to snap out of it than before.
