I thought the design of paddles were great, probably one of the best looking design compared to other hand paddles. The paddles are great for enhancing stroke technique, strength and power. Good for both distance and sprinters (might need to hold harder for sprints as it might fall off easily). This paddles are not suitable for beginners as it might injure the swimmer shoulders if they are used or swam with poor technique.The only think I wish it comes with more and longer straps. There's not much variety you can do with the amount given.
