Just got this yesterday, and I'm already impressed! The dough making function worked like a charm, and the mixing is fantastic. Seriously cuts down on kitchen time. I'll have to see how it holds up long-term, so I'll circle back with a review on durability and performance after a few months of use.It's a looker, and surprisingly light, which makes moving it around super easy. Plus, the demo from the Inalsa rep was really helpful.

It’s very sturdy, easy to use and clean. Very helpful in making cookie dough or cake batter etc, however for bread or pizza dough, one has to be careful about not giving it load. Machine started struggling at 2nd minute if kneading even with smaller quantity and I was afraid of damaging the motor, so I switched to hand kneading.I will try again for various dough making and post an updated review here.
