There was romance, enemies to lovers, mystery, action, magic, games and trials, this book had it all! Enjoyed it from start to finish. Can’t wait to read the rest of the series. Also, this was a special edition and it is gorgeous. There is art for each of the characters, sprayed edges, colored map and end papers, gold foiling, and comes in a beautiful case cover. Worth the extra money spent!

Collectors editions always hit! This entire book and its case is to die for! The art included in the book as well, swoon!! If you’re looking for a bookshelf trophy, this needs to be one!

Although Ifelt like we jumped right into the story, it seemed a litle slow in the beginning. I ended up absolutely loving it though!There were so many twists and turns that I didn't see coming, I was screaming all over the place!The only thing I don't love about this special edition, the pages have pictures around the border of the page which makes the outside edges look smudged

This book is so gorgeous! I saw it at Walmart for $30 something and got it on sale on here. Perfect buy, Thank you Amazon for putting it on sale so it could make it on my new bookshelf.

Beautiful book! This book is stunning from the sprayed edges to the beautiful art work inside this would look beautiful on any book shelf as for the story itself it was phenomenal! The world building, characters and details make this the perfect book for fantasy readers highly recommend this book 🥰

I listened to the audiobook and loved it so much that I ordered the collectors edition. It did come in a little banged up, so that was a bummer otherwise still a great book!

The main reason why I got the special edition is because of the art work. Which didn’t disappoint it’s stunning if you are wanting to read the series I recommend getting this because if you don’t like it the art work is stunning and if you have a huge bookshelf you can display the sprayed edges.
