Great dupe!
This conditioner is a life saver for my fine hair. So many others are too heavy and weigh my hair down, but this is perfect. Just enough conditioning to leave my hair soft and static free. The smell is fresh and slightly minty and feels great on the scalp. So glad to not be spending $20+ on the name brand stuff. I do wish this had a pump dispenser, but for the cost savings, it's a small sacrifice.

Fine product, bad packaging
I bought this looking for a cheap conditioner, as I never really used one regularly before. My hair does feel less dry and softer since using it. The consistency is as expected. The bottle, however, has been crushed where I squeezed it one of the first times using it and it will not return completely to flat. It's just a little frustrating, not unusable. A change in packaging would be good for the product. I will likely continue using it.

Great for dry scalp
I have extremely itchy, dry scalp. Especially during the hotter months my hair gets oily and itchy along with dandruff sometimes. This stuff works great at keeping my head moisturized as well as it smells amazing.

Bottle is too small
Amazon basics should be a better value then standard brands.Disappointed that the bottle was so small. Will be going back to herbal essence.

Wonderful!
It is one of the best conditioners and detanglers I have tryed. My hair is damaged from coloring. It is looking better and feeling softer. The smell is really nice. I highly recommend it.

Lid and bottle are awful
Conditioner is thick enough that it can’t be dispensed through the flip top. I took the lid off and squeezed the entire bottle and still couldn’t get it out. The only way I got it to dispense in the shower is to take the cap off and then repeatedly slam it down on the palm of my hand until enough product is slung out.I’m guessing this maybe is either a bad batch or it just sat on a shelf and thickened up but it’s the only bottle I’ve purchased and won’t risk doing it again.

Excellent, but still pricey!
This product is fantastic, but the value is not there. You are paying more than a $1 per ounce. (You can get Paul Mitchell Regeniplex for that price at some websites.). This is an excellent product, but the price is outrageous. You are paying for a tiny bottle.
