Full Throttle Youth Hinged Rapid-Dry Flex-Back Life Jacket

This life-jacket is great! I looked high and low to find something that would not only be comfortable for long periods, but would also keep our little guy's head out of the water properly and provide him some much needed independence in the water, safely (7 year old with Down syndrome). Obviously, he's never left fully alone just because of the life-jacket, but he can now play in the water by himself without being held onto. This made one little boy happier than you can even imagine. Thank you!

Two seasons in, we use it for guests on our boat so it's been tried on all different sizes of kids, and they don't complain about having to wear it. Material dries nicely, colors stay, buckles and straps are solid and have a positive click. Very pleased with this vest.

My 5 year old daughter wore this for 2 days at the beach and the bottom is filled with sand. I've never seen that happen with a life vest before. It makes the vest quite heavy, which defeats the purpose of the vest! The flexibility is nice, but I don't think I'd suggest this vest if you're going to be doing a lot of stuff in the surf. This is a better vest for boating and skiing, though I can't speak to how it would hold up in those activities.

Bought for our 3 kids, ages 8-12, for a snorkeling trip to Bonaire. Worked great, no complaints from kids and eased my fear of them drowning (all great swimmers but water is deep and currents strong in places). This was a much better solution for us than the inflatable snorkeling vests which we returned.

This lifejacket is the best thing I brought on my vacation with my son. My son is 11 yrs old and has Aspergers. I wanted to ensure that he had a life jacket that fit well and was comfortable. This life jacket was PERFECT! It didn’t zip too high and it has flexible sides. He did not complain once! AND every activity where a life jacket was required and provided, they accepted this life jacket in place of theirs. Thank you!!

I bought it for my autistic son. My son never liked the water and this year he seemed more interested in swimming. I took a chance with this vest. I was concerned that it wouldn't keep his head out of the water enough for him to feel comfortable by himself. Well, it does just that. This vest, some flippers, and some goggles, my son is quite at ease in the water. My daughter uses a puddle jumper currently, but when she's ready, i'm getting her one of these vests as well.

Nice looking and good quality. My granddaughter loves the colors. Some riding up but not as bulky as some others due to the way the back is made to be flexible.

Bought this for my 7yr daughter (53" tall and 53 lbs). It fits her well. We got this before heading to the beach and she used it daily and had no complaints about the fit or anything at all. The colors and design are as shown in the picture. After a 7 days of use, it holds up the same and looks the same. Seems like a good investment for years to come! I would totally recommend this for anyone looking for a life jacket.
