IT WORKS WITH NO DOWN SIDE!
Amazing shampoo. When you lather and leave it, it feels cooling and lovely. My itching and irritation was soothed a couple of days after first use. After the second, my scalp feels calm, with no pain or itching at all. The smell is lovely, not a medicated smell at all. You don't need to use too much shampoo to get a really good lather either, so this bottle is going to last me a fair while. And my hair! It's moisturised and soft and smells gorgeous. So worth it. Don't think twice about this one.

Not a good 2nd experience
I bought this shampoo twice the first time it's was a life changing absolutely amazing, no more psoriasis!! Soft hair !!Unfortunately once a run out i order another one but sadly the experience was the opposite the psoriasis was back as before, leaving my hair super dry, and also the color or she shampoo red but before was transparent 🤔Still wondering If I've got a wrong shampoo but they are identical... I'm still wondering if I've got an manufacturing defect shampoo

Not recommended
I had high hopes for this shampoo after reading the reviews, but it didn’t work at all. The price is so high. Unfortunately, it didn’t help with my issue, so I’m returning it.

Exacerbated my psoriasis, unfortunately
Bought this because of its higher coal tar concentration to treat my scalp psoriasis. I’ve tried using it for more than a month thinking maybe it takes some time to take effect. Unfortunately, it exacerbated my psoriasis. Even made the psoriasis on my face flare up. My husband used it and made his dandruff worse as well. It obviously works for a lot of people, but not for us. Giving it 2 stars because it does smell nice and it does relieve the itching.
