Hello, When I first purchased these pillows directly from the factory in Denmark they came with a grey storage zipped bag but now they are packed in clear plastic purely to reduce the cost - the bags were quite expensive. Hope this helps. Kind regards Ann Daveydown Ltd

Q: it mentions feathers, feathers stick as pillow gets older stick out of the pillows and hurt you skin, it this pillow likely to wear like this?

I found that the pillow was too soft and had no substance or support so I cannot tell you as I no longer use it. I now use a latex pillow which is soft but offers support for my neck. Sorry I camnot help.
