I have ordered for my 12 years old son used for 1 month I noticed small changes will continue for 5-6 months and see.product is better taste wise and smell.i advise stretching exercises skipping swimming in addition to this powder.

It does not have any side effects.It is made up of very good quality.It easily mixes with water or milk,it has nice protein content.Although,it is not value for money,Let me explain,1 Scoop has 13.3g of protein (approx.) And you can get this much amount of protein just by eating 2-3 eggs so why waste money.If you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.Most lactose intolerant won't be able to digest this much amount of protein when combined with milk.But if you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.

It's helpful chocolate flavor,no bad ingredients and made fore growth the smell is good no side effects it effective very much in growth.

The product is not bad but the packaging is misleading. The box looks huge while the powder in itself not even filled up to half of the container.

Its amazing experience with product and my son like this one enjoying with daily, its recommended to every child from 13+ age
