These are as good as regular crêpes
Bought thi gluten free Crêpe mix for a friend who has celiac disease. An avid Crêpe maker with my own Crêpe cooker, I am picky about quality. This mix turned out such delicious crêpes that we could not tell the difference between these and regular ones. This mix is more expensive than regular mix, but then again, all GF products cost more. I halved the recipe and got four decent crêpes out of it. That’s all we wanted. This is a small bag. I keep extra on hand
