Excellent product. I got this at a good price as a lightening deal. Holds up to 500 pounds. I have bad knees, so I like that I can hold the handle and climb slowly and steadily. Easy to carry, fold away and store to one side when not in use. I keep it in the kitchen to help me reach or put away things in the higher cabinet shelves. Great for when needing to clean the over the stove microwave or changing light bulbs too.

Great size and plenty of room for both feet. Very easy and comfortable to use. Very well made. Safe to use. Opens and closes well.

ups destroyed box but was okay once removed from shrink wrap. First test was on porch to test if would hold my weight of 215 pounds with shoes on. next test was inside with only socks on. on third step, my head was just below my 8 foot ceiling which is where I need to replace a kitchen light fixture. it was stable and the steps did not crack. I would not use this ladder to carry heavy items as the plastic steps do not have any metal supports. also in cold weather the plastic would be more brittle. I have other ladders outside but they get spiders on them. got on sale so this was a good fit for me. would buy again! made in Turkey part of which is in Europe

Great three step. step stool. Rock solid, oversized non slip feet, easy no brainer to open and close. Stays folded while carrying, moving and storage. No more standing on chairs to replace that high ceiling light bulb. I’m 5’ 10” and standing on the top step the top of my head is 1” below our 8’ ceiling. I’m 74 in great shape but only one fall from a nursing home.

It is not only sturdy but the steps are large and wide! You feel very secure on this ladder. Well made and stores easily! Bought one foy my office as well!

Just be aware it's probably not going to be here in a couple days, so plan accordingly.Stability is awesome! The feet are angled and wide. No amount of twisting while on the top step (within reason) was going to make the ladder fall. The steps are very stable, study, & secure. I read a review from someone who said this is not a great but good enough & it will do. I disagree. I think this is the best home ladder I've ever had! At 5'2" on a feeling tall day, I need a ladder because the kitchen countertop is always in places I need to reach things, like in the living room so I can dust the fan attached to a cathedral ceiling. The steps are textured so even when I get on it in just my socks, I don't feel like I'll slip off. There is a handle at the back (front??) that has a securely attached neoprene type material. It's not slick so a person will feel stable while holding on to it.It folds up & down very well & there isn't any grit or tension that would make it too difficult but it also doesn't swing open freely. It's really made for Goldilocks because it's just right ;)I was able to fold it up & put it between the fridge & kitchen countertop but eventually moved it to a closet to keep it out of sight. It is somewhat heavy because it is constructed well, but again, being just 5'2" & 125, I can easily move it from room to room & I'd imagine someone a little taller would be able to move it even easier. I can drag it across the carpet when I need to move it & it moves smoothly.I really feel like I bought a quality product & would definitely use this seller again for similar products. I'll just be aware of shipping times.

When assembled, the ladder initially appeared fine but proved difficult to fold, making it less portable than advertised. The stability was acceptable, but the folding difficulty hampers its usability. I would not recommend this item.Having owned similar rubber ladders that eventually aged, cracked, and caused injuries, I sought a stainless steel ladder this time. The product description contains errors, as this ladder also wobbled dangerously from the right front leg to the left rear leg, failing to stand on all four legs. This design flaw makes it extremely dangerous, and I cannot recommend it.The ladder felt cheap, was shorter than described, and lacked stability during use. The inferior materials used resulted in a product that was neither sturdy nor safe, contrary to its listing. The steps are made entirely of plastic without any steel support underneath, further compromising its stability and safety. Additionally, it was bigger than expected and difficult to assemble. Overall, this ladder is uneven, unstable, and unsafe, falling far short of expectations.
