Beautiful book, beautifully packaged without plastic, full of tempting recipes, great illustrations and written simply and with a lovely humour.

Great book! Cannot wait to get stuck in - relaxed way of writing and just makes you want to get on with trying all sorts of ferments. Recipes look good - haven’t tried any but have bookmarked a few.
