This diffuser is cooler than I imagined. The scents are perfect. Not over powering! I will definitely by more. The app is easy to use and I really liked the scheduling feature.

I LOVE this system! I’ve had every type of plug ins, wax melters and candles they don’t compare to Pura. Definitely worth the cost. The app is convenient. Favorite scents are Bamboo and white Tea 🩷

I love my Pura! I highly recommend it for any sized home! It is so convenient to be able to set a schedule and come home to the house smelling amazing after work. I have one in my bedroom and have lavender set to go right at bedtime. I don’t even have to think about it and my space smells exactly how I want it to. This is also my go-to wedding or housewarming gift!

I needed a second one of these as one wasn't enough to scent the room. But after black Friday all the prices almost doubled on these but I was lucky enough to find this set for almost the same price as my first one. Right around $50. I'm not sure how the Disney scents are going to be but I think they will be fine, haven't set this one up yet. Will let you know after I smell them.

I think the Pura itself may be okay. The New York Nest grapefruit I got in the bundle leaked and the chip fell off. Back and forth with support: glue it on, I glued. Nope. Next, scan the vial, I did and 20 minutes later, it didn’t know it.Support is a joke. My husband used to ask, ‘Are they stupid or do they just not give a ___?’ Pura Support is either Al or doesn’t read because when I say that, it tells me I can rescan and tells me I qualify for a return since it’s been less than 30 days. Would it kill them to replace just the leaky vial with something else? It’s the grapefruit vial that fails. This does not seem to be an option.Do I sound frustrated? It’s 2 days before Christmas and I’m spending half the day on this, essentially working for Pura for free. The Fir scent is fine and smells delightful, installing and configuring to work with Alexa couldn’t have been smoother.But seriously, this company’s support is an abomination.
