PURI Medium stainless steel charcoal home tandoori oven - Model: SS1 ultima

Hi, I purchased one recent. My advice is check the items carefully within 12 hours of delivery and report any issues. If not happy then return item straight away – I made a mistake by not doing. The issues I had- no Kadi for the nans, air vent had holes so no control on air flow, no cover shipped, wrong skewers shipped (to short). I got the medium size oven and the black oil had spilled on the inside which had stained the clay in a patch. Missing items replaced straight away but the skewers took time as was told they are they correct size. When I pointed out the size of skewers does not match the manual, I was told the manual is incorrect. So, I took pictures which showed the wood handle rested on the edge 2cm inside the oven. Then I was told the skewers will rest on the coal so they are correct size. Again, I pointed out that the coal turns to ash and the skewers would not be long enough. Final a replacement set was sent. The oil stained I was told would not effective performance which it has not but looks awful. Works well but not Germany build standards. It’s made in India so no standard. The U.K. supplier does no checks the items and just ships. I did all my communication by email which I found was the best way as neither party can dispute the written words.
