The media could not be loaded. Roberts have a winner here! It's rather similar in build theme to their popular Petite radio but larger - solid, sturdier, still compact, and feels top quality. It looks great in the style of their iconic Revival radios. The large screen makes it super easy to see the time (no glasses needed!). The screen has an auto dim so when the lights go out, the screen dims down - but there's also a simple dimmer button to override. Plenty alarm options. The radio (DAB+, FM plus Bluetooth) is very easy to use (screen shows your choice of readout below the time) - tuned in the moment I plugged it in - tons of stations, very simple to add favourite presets via heart button. Above all it was the remarkable audio quality and clarity that was the real surprise! There's an equaliser function to choose different preferred sound presets - or set your own treble / bass in "MyEQ" - a real bonus. This is the best all-round bedside clock radio I've seen - it's not portable, you plug it in, it's solid. The sound quality, tone, volume and richness easily fill the room - the up-firing tweeter / main speaker in the rear design works brilliantly. I know Roberts radios well, have several, one I still use being 30+ years old. And this is one of their best products, best sounding radios, in years. I really only chose it as it looked like a smart, easily readable clock screen, with radio attached. But it's far more - a very complete package. Not least in its finish in leather cloth - I chose black - with gold accents. Classy! Love it!

Fabulous radio. Good quality sound, both radio channels and Bluetooth speaker. So easy to set up and use. Display is ideal, and can dim when sleeping. Love the Duck Egg Blue. So worth the money. Would recommend.

Lovely colour that fits in perfectly.Great sound quality and easy to program alarms and radio stations. High build quality with nice clicky volume and tuning dials.Expensive but I didn’t want to buy cheap/buy twice.

This is a brilliant little radio.I struggled for sometime with the Zen radio which for me was a nightmare. It was faulty.This radio is simple to programme. It is easy to save channels. The volume is perfect for going to sleep to and the brightness has several light levels again for sleep. All in all, I know it’s a bit expensive but for me it’s a perfect - well worth the money.

Somethings are worth paying a little extra for. Sound is great! Found it very easy to setup and has intuitive controls. I Like the fact it has the auto dim function and really large clock display. Very solid build and cool retro styling. Fully recommend 👍

For bedside, large time display in which the brightness can be varied - I set on 'Auto' so it reacts to ambient light. Tunes in stations fine such as LBC. Easy to operate EXCEPT I found preset-tuning awkward with bleary eyes. Sound very good. Switch on radio by just pressing left knob. Highly recommended.

Expensive for a radio but has to be one of the best out there. Solid, good reception as the area where I live isn't good but this seems to handle it. Excellent quality and a little bit of luxury for your bedroom. Well lit or you can dim or turn the light off if necessary. You really can't go wrong.
