Ten bucks for lip balm? I splurged.... somehow I knew I'd love this and I was right! Totally worth the price tag. I bought Wild Rose. It feels amazing, like a creamy coconut oil, and the color is perfect. I like a natural look, this is just a shade or two darker than my lips and gives a gentle shine to them.

Used to LOVE this product! I preferred this to my more expensive lipsticks, it gave such a nice subtle wash of color, my lips but better feel. But I just ordered and it seems it’s been reformulated! Ugh, why!? You can see the packaging is different and the wild rose is now much lighter and pale. Washes me out now, will have to return. I’m so bummed that I now need to find another brand I liked as much as this one.

I'm really disappointed with this product line. I was excited to find a rosy, healthy, ethical tinted lip balm (with SPF 15?!) and purchased Beach Rose, Seka Rose, and Wild Rose. I love the outside packaging, it's informative and pretty. However, Beach Rose arrived with the tube disassembled and completely melted inside the cap, but was pretty easily snapped back together. I thought maybe the melting was due to the summer heat here in SoCal, but hours in the freezer plus days in the refrigerator still hasn't solidified it. It was such an unmanageable mess I had to throw it away. Seka Rose and Wild Rose weren't nearly as melty, but they rub off in small chunks onto my lips as they're also not solid enough to apply normally. With natural lip products some mineral grittiness is to be expected, but these lip balms are REALLY GRITTY - they feel like exfoliators with bits of sand mixed in. I find these sensations off putting, although Seka Rose wasn't as gritty or as chunky as the others. I'm a fair skinned blonde who prefers a more natural look, and there was no color payoff with the exception of Wild Rose which still didn't "wow" me. Also, they're marketed as being rose scented, but all I smell is a mineral scent which isn't awful, but it also isn't pleasant either. The ingredients are amazing, a few aspects of the packaging needs work, but the consistency is just horrid and deters me from every purchasing these again. If the formula wasn't as gritty and came packaged in a squeeze tube, I think it would greatly improve the quality of this product.I'm going to try  HURRAW! If you're looking for a high quality nourishing non-tinted lip balm, I highly recommend my beloved  Badger Cocoa Butter Lip Balm - Creamy Cocoa - .25 oz  and  Badger Vanilla Madagascar Classic Lip Balm - 0.15oz Stick . They're USDA Organic, cruelty free, creamy, the scents are divine, and they keep my lips hydrated and silky.

Nasty smell, gritty texture, and the only color it leaves on my lips is a chalky white. The fact that the tube isn't sealed in any way makes me wonder if this has been used. The smell is like rancid oil. Just gross. I'm going to try to return it and get my money back.

Appreciate the non-toxic SPF. I'll probably use the whole tube and buy more if I can't find anything better.I'd prefer a little more color. What color it has is canceled out by the whitish cast of the zinc oxide.I'd also prefer a more waxy texture that would stay on longer and hold more moisture in my lips. Have to reapply often.However, despite the product's shortcomings, I gave it 4 stars because it is so hard to find mineral lip sunscreens.

This is the best SPF lip care I've tried.Goes on smooth, like butta!It's silky and has a nice tint. Good lip protection. Love the color and the smell. Does not make lips dry like others I have tried.Definitely recommend

Chalky, wild rose tint barely shows but what I just couldn't get over was the smell/taste, like old vitamins, and it didn't dissipate with time. I like most most BABO products but this formula is a total miss for me.

Pros: This lip balm goes on smoothly, has a nice subtle scent, and is fairly moisturizing. I trust this brand and I like the healthy ingredients - it's hard to find a SPF lip balm with non-nano minerals!Cons: All the colors look terrible on me! I have pale skin with cool undertones. The lighter colors all wash me out (it looks like back in the 2000's when people used to wear concealer on their lips, it's that bad - this includes Beach Rose and Wild Rose). The darker colors look gaudy on me - Crimson Rose is a bright pink-red, and Plum Rose is hot pink-purple. These might look good on someone with warm skin undertones, but personally I hate wearing them! I would LOVE to see a medium-to-dark brown/nude/neutral color. I'd buy instantly if that were the case.Bottom line: These are fine for sun protection, but the colors make it so I don't enjoy wearing them, so I won't be buying any more unless they come out with more options.

Los colores son mucho más claros de lo que vienen en el empaque. Incluso si compras colores encendidos, no se verá bien. Es sólo para gente de piel muy, muy pálida, y aún así no estoy segura de que a nadie se le vea bien el tono beach rose, ya que es más como una base de maquillaje muy pálido.

La calificación que le pongo es considerando varios puntos yo compré el color WILD Rose y a mi parecer el tono es demasiado clarito para una persona latina de tez morena el color es más blanquesino y no muy natural quizá un tono más encendido ayudaría haré la prueba con otros tonos. En cuestión de textura es una textura algo cerosa ya he usado labiales orgánicos y está consistencia es como común por el aceite de rosas así que estoy acostumbrada a ello pero lo comento porque muchas personas lo toman a mal, así que al ponértelo sentirás un poco la sensación "grasosa" al principio como que pela un poco los labios pero después los hidrata bien es cuestión del uso quizá la disconformidad sea el tono que queda branquisco supongo que para las personas de tez clara es ideal.

Good quality but a little flaky. The color is more suitable for cool skin tone.
