Hi, the description is a little confusing. Is this one ice pack or a pack of 10? Thanks in advance.

Not confusing, it says you get 10 in the title. Amazon themselves only sent 1 though, so I phoned Amazon, they agreed it should be 10, sent another order, and again only 1 ice pack sent. They refunded in full after I called again, but if I needed urgently, would have been an issue, so suggest other makes as these cant be worth £80 for 10 if around £8 each!
