Q: Why does it keep saying offline after about a week of using them?

These cameras are only able to connect to wifi during there boot up process. ( when you first plug them in). If there is an interruption in the wifi signal after that they can not reconnect to wifi without restarting them. If you have a power outage and the cameras boot up before your wifi boots up you will have no connection. I installed smart plugs so I can restart mine remotely if needed. Would have returned if I had realized this during the return period.

Q: With night vision on auto, the camera doesn't see anything outside of the window focusing on glare/reflections on the glass. How do I fix that?

You can place in the window to look out, but you have to keep it on color,, like they said night vision will cause reflection from the glass. I have them in all of my windows looking out, goat view day and night

Q: Hiw does the system makes alarm sound, it only gives me notification?

Please go to 'LaView app->Me->Settings->App Notification' to see if you have turned on the notification settings. Please also check if you have permitted the app to send you sound notification on your phone settings.
