I haven't smelled the actual version, but I do like this dupe. I have a small real one on order, and if they're close enough, I'll stick with this one. Way better price for sure. It's a little different than my usual fragrance choices, but this is really nice. It smells good at first, but it blends with my body chemistry well, and doesn't fade very quickly at all. And unless you spray half a bottle on at once, it's not overpowering, either. Even if this turns out to be very different from the original version, I'll likely buy this again as is own fragrance rather than a dupe. Like any perfume, it won't smell right on everyone, but it works for me, and probably would for most people. This one is a winner, and I hope they keep making and selling it.

I've been having a lot of fun buying some of these fragrances just to see what some of the new (and not so new) scents are like without breaking the bank. My original idea was to find one that I loved and then go buy the "real" perfume but I realized that it's more fun owning more and getting to wear several different scents all week long AND, if ones not to my liking, no harm done, I just pass that along to a friends who likes it better than I do. I'm glad these impostors exist and I get to experience fragrances that I normally couldn't afford to purchase! ❤

I love percent scent ! I spray it on as soon as I come out of the shower and it’s very refreshing . I tried this scent out bc they were out of my regular . Hope you get more in but this one is still nice and very subtle . Worth the buy

I like how the scent is bright, has deep floral notes, a little warm musk scent, a little sweet but not sugary or fruity. I don't know if it smells like Lancome but I love the scent and it'smy 2nd bottle. The smell goes well with my body chemistry so when I sweat, it doesn't smell like I'm masking the sweat with perfume. You have to know which types of fragrance go well with your natural scent (fruity, citrus, floral, musk, clean, woodsy, etc). To me, this is floral musk with a slight warm sweetness.

scent faded quickly

I have been obsessed with La Vie Est Belle by Lancome for a long time and it's so expensive I usually only get it for birthday or Christmas gifts. But it goes so fast cause I use it everyday. I can't keep spending $ on expensive perfume so I found this while looking for a dupe. I will never buy the lancome perfume again as long as I am broke. For $9 you get much more perfume and it smells almost exactly the same. I would say the only scent difference is that after wearing for a little while, it has a tiny bit of a vanilla scent, which I haven't noticed with La Vie Est Belle, but that doesn't bother me. So glad I tried it out, definitely recommend!

I just bought my second bottle. La vie est belle is my signature perfume. After I make my bed, I usually spritz it on my bed. When I saw this, I thought I would try it for the sole purpose of spritzing my bed, and saving my expensive perfume for my skin. After I used it, Holy moly was I impressed. You seriously can barely tell the difference. I just purchased another bottle to spray in my car. The smell seriously makes me feel feminine and beautiful. So if you want to save your la vie est belle perfume, buy this.

Let me start by saying that I've been a happy user of Instyle for many years but my usual supplier - Walgreens - seem to have stopped selling it. Imagine my joy when I found it on Amazon. OK so you'll need to touch the fragrance up during the day but that's fine by me. Do I have hordes of men following me down the street sniffing appreciatively at my perfume? No but then they never did, however the counter clerk in the post office said she liked it so there's that. A good fragrance at a great price.
