M C G Textiles Disney Dreams Collection by Thomas Kinkade Winnie The Pooh-16-inch x 12-inch 28 Count

This one doesn’t match the previous Disney dreams collection which is a shame as I’m doing them as a set.Also note this is on linen not standard cross stitch material. I had to buy 18 count material separate to do this pattern. Stitching up well just going to have a problem with the small tiny stitches fit characters

When it arrived and I opened the package I was extremely disappointed to find I had only the instructions and a quarter of the chart! An email to the customer services email address has been ignored for over a week now.I now have all the thread and information but I can't stitch the whole thing. I had been excited to begin so started stitching the pattern and now it looks like an absolute waste of time and money. Furious.EDIT: After numerous unanswered emails and messages to their Facebook page, I decided to make an (expensive) call to the company in California. Finally, 6 weeks after purchase, I have all 6 pages of the chart and can get stuck in. It shouldn't have been this difficult to get the problem rectified and only gets bumped to 2 stars because the pattern is so detailed and beautiful.

Unfortunately approx. 35 of the threads in this kit were incorrect colours. I am awaiting guidance from the seller as I would like to finish this picture (and the producer, Candamar/MCG, is no longer trading). I do love the picture and the pattern, and I would like to finish it. However, if I have to buy all the correct threads it will make an already expensive kit even moreso!
