This ships FLAT.. and I mean really flat... after opening the vacuum sealed package - I took out the steamer and gently went over the entire stuffed animal. Not only did it fluff right up, but it also identified areas that needed a little TLC stitching before handing it to my granddaughter. Know that the back of the heart may be glued and not stitched (easy fix)... and the back of the head may need some reinforcement. Otherwise this was a hit with the 5 year old...Note: if you want them to not rip off the bow or heart, that may need reinforcement as those areas don't have the greatest stitching.

This Hello Kitty was perfect in size for the bouquet my son asked me to make him. Good quality, firm and perfect blush pink, didn't feel cheap like a carnival plushie.
