The fully backwards compatible 60gb always came with 4 ports. Thats 1 of the signs it's truly a 60gb.

No offense, but you and your husband have no worries at all. You are purchasing off of Amazon. You either get exactly what the item listed says, or you are protected by their A to Z guarantee. Of COURSE the item is real. The price point I have is due to there not being other competitors at the time and I may not have adjusted it. Amazon isn't set up for in person checks, nor do you need one as Amazon has the best protections in the world for online ordering. There is literally nothing more you or your husband can do by looking at it first that you can't fix after ordering. This isn't Ebay.
