I have tried every sort of iron supplement I could find. Not one helped my anemia. A doctor gave me this, and I've purchased my refills on Amazon ever since. The iron is a different type than iron sulfate or whatever is in the standard pills. Very easy to digest for me, and my anemia disappeared after a few months of taking this - 2 pills daily was what I needed. Smells like iron, tastes like iron, but not as strong as some pills. I highly recommend this product!

I love Metagenics products. Although this iron tablet works well for me, it’s hard for me to swallow. I will have to look for a capsule form.

I became acquainted with Metagenics through an alternative Health Care Physician. I normally send my order directly to Metagenics but I was on Amazon, needed this one, so it made life easier getting it here. I take this for low iron plus this has Folic Acid which I also need. I used to get Folic Acid injection but now can't find anyone giving them so this supplement fits the bill supplying me with the iron plus the folic Acid. It does work because I get lab work done every six months and get the feedback. I was concerned I wouldn't absorb the Folic Acid but I am. Not like the injection can supply but it's keeping me in the middle zone. I definitely recommend this company. They are also very good answering any questions. I do wish they would make getting freezer packs easier.

After experiencing a blood loss, I found that my hemoglobin and the rest of the red blood cells parameters were very low and I was feeling very tired. My integrative medicine doctor suggested Hemagenics, and in a month I was feeling much better. I just got my CBC results after four months, and they have never looked this good! I most definitely suggest this to anybody who might need it.

I love this stuff. I randomly get low on Iron (drs can’t figure out why), and it makes me sleepy and weak. A couple of days on this and I’m back to normal. Works way better than SlowFE or any of the other iron supplements I’ve taken. Love this brand!
