This review is for the product described as Ultrean Food Scale, Digital Kitchen Scale Weight Grams and Ounces for Baking Cooking and Meal Prep, 6 Units with Tare Function, 11lb (Batteries Included)This scale measures about 5-1/2” wide by about 7” deep - large enough to hold whatever you’re weighing but small enough to be easy to store. The rubber feet on the bottom look big enough to be used on a bathroom scale, so there’s no issue with them providing plenty of support and stability. The scale comes with three AAA batteries installed, but they’re individually wrapped. So you need to remove them, unwrap them, and reinstall them. The power button on the left also zeros the scale so you can tare the weight of a plate or bowl. Touching and holding the power button turns the scale off. The unit button on the right cycles through six units of measure: kilograms, grams, pounds, ounces, milliliters, and milliliters of milk. The scale remembers the last unit of measure when turned off and on. The scale turns off by itself after a period of not being used. I found the scale to be fairly accurate and repeatable. The large, bright display was very easy to read. The only drawback I noticed was that if I pressed too long and hard on the power button to zero the scale, I could generate a negative weight rather than zero. Once I got used to this happening, I was able to avoid it.

Not only is this food scale super functional, but it’s also absolutely adorable. The rose gold color is gorgeous and looks really chic on my countertop. I’ve been using it almost daily for meal prep and baking, and it’s super accurate. I love that it has a tare function so you can easily zero out containers, and the display is bright and easy to read. The touch buttons are responsive and the whole thing is very user-friendly. Plus, it came with batteries already included, which was such a nice surprise. It feels sturdy and reliable, and it's slim enough to store away easily when I'm not using it. Totally recommend!

This scale works well. It's very basic and doesn't provide you with a lot of detail, however it does weight out in grams, oz, etc. for you. It claims to weigh up to 10 or 11 lbs. although I haven't tried that myself yet. I ordered this to use when making sourdough read and so far it's been great for that. I need it to measure in grams and it does that well. It doesn't go to the multiple decimal, but for this type of baking, I should never need it to. it does run on batteries, and is not rechargeable like other options, but for $10 I think it's a good option.

My daughter recently began baking sourdough bread and needed a food scale to ensure accuracy when measuring the bread ingredients. She doesn't have a lot of room in her kitchen so I thought this compact scale would be perfect for her and it is! She is happy with the look of the scale - nice and modern looking - and the ease of switching between the 6 different units of measure. The digital readout is a good size and the buttons are clearly marked and easy to use. It is battery-operated and she appreciated that the batteries were included in the original package. Nice high quality digital kitchen food scale.

Would not even turn on. Smudges terribly. Going to return this

I use this in my kitchen every day. The scale is very responsive and does not lag. I like that there are only two buttons. The on/off button serves as the tare button. I got this to replace an existing scale that had a detachable platform. This scale doesn't have that so it's so much easier to clean, handle, looks better, and it's way slimmer. The screen is bright and very legible. The scale maxes out around 11lbs and it takes three AAA batteries. I had an issue with the scale initially and the seller quickly resolved my issue.
