Potato starch ia a very useful product, it replaces cornstarch especially in Chinese cooking and usefull for breading fried foods

Product is great/consistent, but zip seal is unreliable
I consume a teaspoon of Judee's potato starch every day as a prebiotic so I have to open and reclose the package about 100 times. Great product, but the resealable packaging needs an upgrade. The zipper becomes separated from the metalized plastic. I end up using a chip clip to reseal the package.
