This is the first microwave that i have bought that is worth it money and is great

This item has now started to lose its enamel. and started to rust. This is on the bottom were the wheels are. under the glass plate .When we purchase this we also took out a three year warranty As this is our only cooking unit. On the 18 November i will be 79. and will be unable to carry this to a post office. Can this be collected. I will also need a label for this If you cant replace the item can you do a refund.

It arrived just a week after purchase.It's really is big, easy to use, top performance & good looking modern.
