Q: I have a pair of Adivista lemon green, but the arms are just done, where can I buy the replacements? Do you have them?

Had same problem with my 2 previous pairs Adivistas. Searched everywhere online & could only find new temples in Europe. Did find someone on eBay who had the small plastic connecting piece for the frame/temple connection though. So I just bought a new pair & changed out the lenses. If I didn't love these glasses so much I wouldn't make such an effort.

Yes, they should if they have the standard adapters/holders. The "a164" refers to the size and style of Advista frame (a165 is similar but a little smaller). The "6071" or "6093" refer to the frame color (I believe "6071" is matte black and "6093" may be shiny black/navy blue). I love that you can easily swap out the lenses to another color frame, it's one of the best features of the Advista series.

Q: can the lenses be taken out and replaced with different prescription lenses

Yes, the lenses can be removed and replaced with prescription lenses. The prescription lenses fit into a carrier that snaps into the frame. There is a good demo video on YouTube that shows how this works (just google "ADS Eyewear Adivista").
