It is a great product. It works Great and holds so much food! Well packaged to protect it from damage. It was missing 2 screws, but I emailed the Camoo company and they responded quickly and made sure I got replacement screws for it.I am very Pleased with product and Customer Service.

Overall, I feel the build quality is very good. Unit is quite heavy, it’s made out of stainless steel, the grates are quite substantial. It definitely holds the full size sheet trays, and for the most part, it held temperature for 24 hours without any issue. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is the temperature dial is not accurate at all. It is almost 15° off from the indication. While not a dealbreaker you have to use a separate thermometer inside the unit to accurately set your temperature before hand. The unit is going to be used to hold barbecue at 145 to 150° so once it’s set it’s not an issue but other than that I feel the unit is well worth the money.

It was a great price and the warmer looks professionally good quality. I havent used it yet but it has good amount of space and i really like the amount of shelves it came with.

I recently started a food truck and having this warmer has allowed me to keep multiple customer favorites ready to go, which allows them to be on their way on their short lunch breaks. The temperature is fully adjustable for whatever I'm keeping in the warmer on that day. The door is easily opened and is securely held shut even on the windy days. The five shelves give me so much space to have a wide varity of food items on display and as ready to go options for my customers.

This food warming cabinet works GREAT. It's fully ready for any environment, from a commercial restaurant to a catering service to a back yard cookout. The all-stainless-steel construction is beautiful and professional looking. It heats quickly and evenly, and holds a fairly even temperature. Holds full size pans, which is really nice, and the shelves are adjustable.The only issues is the temp is off a bit from the setting and indicator. I ended up using a wireless digital thermometer to find the proper point (it was off by 10-15 degrees as it fluctuated up and down), so once you get it figured out and set where you want it, you should be good. It's all "analog" controls, no digital pushbuttons, so finding the right spot on the dial and then verifying it with another instrument is essential to making sure your temp is where you want it to be.As a side note, because it goes all the way down to 86f, this would actually make a nice bread / dough proofer as well. Just set it for 90-95f and watch your dough rise.If I had to wish at it, I wish it had an interior light for display purposes. it's not a huge issue though really.Overall, definitely a recommended buy, as it works GREAT. Just make sure you verify your temperature with a decent thermometer to verify you're where you need to be to prevent foodborne illness.

Perfect for pizza parties- I like to have pizza parties, And this totally solves the problem of not really being sure when people are going to get hungry. I just make the pizzas and load them in here and when people want pizza they can get pizza. It keeps everything warm + great to throw hot dogs in when we have a big group over for swimming.It is big, and it's not something that for home use. I would want to have around and out all the time, so I keep mine in storage until it's party time. I have a party about once a month though and find it is working great for taking some of the stress off me when it comes to kids in particular. For pizza & fast food type offerings, it works much better than my warming pans. It's very conducive to everyone helping themselves.It would be a great value for anyone that has frequent parties, especially with kids, or convenience, store owners or for things like movie concessions.Mine is running off a solar system + I haven't noticed any problems with big spikes or anything tripping my system.
